When I finally did get someone on the phone they confessed that the credit card was actually a credit card application, and that it would be up to what ever bank to decide what my credit limit would be. I demanded to be removed from their database and again was hung up on. I immediately closed my checking account and reopened it under a new account number so that they would not have access to it.
I have read dozens of complaints about this company. How can bring them down?
