Consumer Pay Day Loans Angel Harrison said I would get loan in minutes after I payed 177.00 did not happen Southwest Washington DC, Washington DC

Once I completed the application online, A person by the name of Jerry called me and said I was apporoved and that Angel Harrison would be contacting me in a few minutes.  She called me and said I qualified for 1600 and that my payment would be 160.00 a month but I would need to pay 160.00 through western union which I did plus 12.00 dollars for the transfer. 

Send money to Jasmine Green in Florida which I did and Angel stayed on the phone with me for about 30minute until the teller could do my trasaction.  Once is was done she was going to call me back in 15 to 20 minutes which she did not so I called her to find out what was going on, she stated that there was a technical problem and is was going to take a little longer.

  Called her back and stated the there still was a problem and I told her that it sounded fishy, she said not to worry  that she would call me.  I called her again and told her that is was already 1hr and what was the problem, she told me to wait on the line, put me on hold, when she came back on the line she told me that everything was fine and I was getting the loan. 

Angel gave a another number to call and ask for Arin Moore, which I did.  When I called her She then said I needed to pay another 300.00 for a 2000.00 loan that I was approved for, I  told her no! that was

not the agreement and that I wanted a refund she stated that she could not refund it was not her department and gave me another number to call.  The number was her manager so I called him and demanded my refund!  He stated that I would have to wait until Monday and it would take 45 days for me to recieve it.  I told him I took in minutes for guys to get my money and why should I have to wait.

He hung up on me, I called back did not answer so I called Angel and she hung up on me after that that did not answer any more.
