I am a 22yr.old single mother from Philadelphia who is one of the thousands of people in a nationwide who has been schemed by Consumer Preferred. I was told (in an unsigned letter) that I was approved for a credit card. They charged me a $49 for rushed delivery. After 1/12 month later, I finally receive a plastic card but only for merchandise from a catalog.

How do I sue, better yet how the heck do I get my money back???
