They want me to pay $150 to return my washer to them before they will send me another washer. They also mentioned that they will give me another option of accepting $188.99 as a settlement of my washer because it is refurbished. I refuse to spend a total of $644.59 in total of a washer that is portable. I have been trying to contact Eli since last week and I haven't heard from him yet.
