There was a consumer that wrote a rip-off report similar to what I had experienced so I will make this short. This so-called foreclosure company has made me wait 90 days for a refund, representatives have nasty attitudes and are non-caring about how the customers feel. I called 3-way on the phone one day with a representative from my bank (because I have a pre-paid debit card account).

The representative from Consumer Resource Network was very nasty with the rep. from my bank (Account Now Vantage Mastercard). I do apologize on my behalf for saying that this company charged me twice for this service. It is bad enough that they kept on trying to process the payment from my account.

I thought some companies cancel your order(s) after so many attempts of receiving non-payment through an electronic source, but I guess Consumer Resource Network doesn't! Another consumer on here wrote that they were cheated out of $58.95. I was cheated out of $10 more. How pathetic is that?!

I had called numerous times to let them know that I was not satisfied with the service, but they (the Non-Customer Service reps. stood on what they told me each time that I called). How can any business or company FORCE ANYONE to keep something that they do not want or feel that is not appealing to them? I do not recall ever in my life having to deal with such bull as this!

I tried to use the service one time and it was to no avail. There were properties listed, but all the information about the property was not available (i.e. proper contact info, price of house, sq. footage, etc). I figured I would try and help my cousin out since these people are reluctant in giving me my money back, but I was not successful.

I have not used the program since the end of November last year. I had it now for almost the stupid so-called 3 months that they say that their policy entails. I was like the other consumer on here, uh-huh, yeah, yes, etc. I was listening to the rep. ramble on and on and before long my stupid self thought I was getting a good deal on worthless junk!

WORD OF WARNING: I do not recommend ANYONE to waste money on their program! If you ever decide to order anything on television, make sure you are attentive and you have no distractions to hear what they (THE SCAMMERS) are NOT saying. Thanks in advance for reading this!
