Consumer law counsel or CLC ,Ram, reliant account management drafting service, lloyd ward group, aka us legal aid Ripped me off, lied and stole from me!!!! Somewhere in Florida Internet

In January of 2012 I RECIEVED an email from lloyd ward group that I believed at the time could really help my financial situation. I was struggling too make minimum payments on a discover card that was maxed out and I needed to lower my balance and this email said they could help. I was getting no where with minimum payments my balance wasn't going down. So I  Called lloyd ward group in dallas texas spoke to Peter casoni who assured me they could help lower my balance by as much as half by simply sending lloyd ward our 220 a month instead of discover. They would negotiate on my behalf for a fee of 2129. It would take 4 years they said and my credit would take a hit but have no fear they have a department at lloyd ward who could help rebuild my credit after all this discover stuff is settled and they repeatedly assured me it would be settled.

Time went by paid them every month automatic draw outs I was confident they would help me finish paying discover , renegotiate what I owe and get it paid off after they get their fee of course which was fine . Every month out of the 220 , 110 went to their fees and 110 went to an escrow account to go to discover at exactly the same time their fee was paid in full I was being sued by discover for 10,000 dollars that I owe and I became frantic. Never been sued, no trouble of any  kind , I was scared!!! By  this time I have had at least 6 different account managers I have been paying lloyd ward for a year and a half and they convince me I have special needs that they cannot meet and they are going to transfer me to CLC consumer law council. And CLC would take care of EVERYTHING! Trameika whose email address was meika@ uslegalaid.com or .net ? Reassured me CLC would handle everything. I was getting papers saying I needed to file motions for this discover lawsuit, I was panicked that if I didn't get hooked up with this consumer law council I was doomed so as soon as trameika sent e documents I called her asked her what all the documents were about she said just esign them and we will take care of everything for you. STUPID ME BELIEVED HER LIES, did not seek a real atourneys counsel and signed the e documents and they transferred my $2129 in escrow to CLC and then CLC began withdrawing the $220 a month I faxed all the court papers to CLC who assured me they would be my representation , they would handle everything court related. I had signed them as my power of attourney and they were handling it. I kept getting letters from the court and would send them to CLC and I would call. No one ever called me back or if I did get ahold of someone after being on hold for an hour they would hang up and I would hold again til I spoke to someone who assured me their team of lawyers was handling my case. Lloyd ward switched me to CLC in August 2013 in march of 2014 I CANCELLED THE SERVICE!

I received a letter from the court stating that since  I did not contest discovers claims the ruling was in discovers favor and I was ruled to pay the $10,000. So thats how i know clc never filed a motion or represented me IN ANY WAY!!!I agree I owe discover the money but why didnt lloyd ward or more over consumer law council do as they said? I was lied to at every turn, taken full advantage of My ignorance of the law and worst off they stole money from me that should have gone to pay discover which is what I was trying to do all along.  I mean I went to these folks for help cause I was drowning and they held my head further under water!!!! I'm ashamed that company's such as these operate freely and openly to take advantage of customers!!!! ihave requested a refund no to avail I will PROBABLY  never see that money again almost 4000 that could be a nice fig leaf to give discover to satisfy some of my dedt. For gods sake discover is trying to garnish my wages if I don't pay the full amount of 10 grand. people please do not fall for these gimmicks as I have. They are thieves. I just want my money back! :( another thing to add lloyd ward is no lounger operating under that name. It changed to us legal aid. In hindsight these unscrupulous people had this planned all along, the time frame , they knew how long til I would have to face the music in the lawsuit and made sure they got  the amount they wanted. Lloyd ward did NOTHING FOR US BUT LINK US UP WITH ANOTHER THEIF. Seriously that's what they did they knew i was a mark. A stooge. I feel like I cannot trust any company offering services any longer. It's a shame
