now i've called ( at least 10 X) and been placed on hold for close to an hour each time. I've sent emails, completed FORMS- YOU NAME IT AND still UNRESOLVED!! The reps even THE NERVE TO CALL ME 4 TIMES IN 1 DAY , AND DIDN'T EVEN LEAVE A NUMBER TO CALL BACK! FINALLY, WHEN I DID ,AGAIN- ON HOLD FOR 50 MINUTES! ONLY BE TOLD THEY'LL RECORD THE INFO IN MY FILE! YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING!
$6.00!!! MY REFERENCE # IS 4781679. WHAT A DISSERVICE They ARE!
It's only $6.00! it's not the money it's the principle; they had no problem charging me, but couldn't return the cash within 5 minutes!! and made this process frustrating and humiliating! The nerve to place customers on hold over 45 minutes just to be given this treatment and run around!
