I found out if you get the information from your bank, who the 3rd Party Processor is that is where you can try and get your money back. That is what I am currently doing. The name of the 3rd Party Processor in my case was Continental Services and the phone number listed was 866-869-8563 I called and spoke with a lady named Tonya, she said all I need to do was fax them a Statement saying why I want my refund, including my name, account number- which they already have anyway! a phone number where I can be reached and I included my address. I faxed it to 727-524-8695. Please let your friends/family/strangers know of this FRAUDULANT company and that they are being investigated by the Federal Trade Commission as we speak.
I also spoke with Robin Richardson from the Federal Trade Commission and she told me to file a complaint on their website, it will help in the future to shut this company down! Their website is: www.ftc.gov Please file your complaint with them as well. Take Care and try everything to get your hard earned money back! Good luck to you all.
