I worked at the Lynnwood office off and on for 2 yrs. I was a young, attractive woman in a workplace of sexual sharks. Its mostly men that work there and they hire anyone who can sell reguardless of there past or current criminal records, addictions and more. One of there top employees Jordan Bayes is in prison now for raping a 2 yr old. Thats just the start of the scum that runs that place. When I worked there Jordan along with 20+ more harrased me and other females daily. One of my top managers which will remain anonymous, made me feel if I did not give him oral sex in the bathroom I would loose my job, and he had that athority. Another almost raped me at my house at a gathering of fellow employees after a night at the bar. He threatened if i told anyone, "I would be sorry, he had a wife, newborn, ect." He left Continental Warranty soon after. Other managers pushed themselves on me as well. I ran into the office of a Bob Nelson one day crying because one employee would not stop harrasing me because I turned him down. They held a mediation meeting with me and the abuser and he appologized and they said they would make and file a report, I just assumed they did. But I'm sure to this day they didn't, if they did I'd be surprised. They all told lewd and disgusting jokes non stop. The females who dressed and acted provacative kept there jobs. It wasn't any secret who was a "pet." I stayed for so long because it payed good. But I always felt "dirty" and didn't look forward to work somedays because of the sexual harrasment. I never felt that way in a work environment and hope no-one has to anymore. I have no idea whom to contact in reguards to this so if anyone is interested in filing suit against them with me please contact me. All the authorities at Continental Warranty are friends or seem to have each others back so if there ever was a problem with one there was a problem with all.
