Continental Warenty I canceled my warranty do to buying a new truck. in May 7 2007. I was told in 8-10 .called 3 more times was told it is comming..6months now and no check Malibu California

07-02-2006 contrated to have 75.000 mile or 4 years.
payments to come out of cridet card for on year till 06-02-2007.
Total payment of $1,748.00 $245.00 down.. balance of $1,503.00..number of payments 12. amount come out of cridet card each month of $125.00
May 07,2007 Canceled. Do to buy another truck.
Called they told me to fax papers to them of all the informantion to cancel.
I drove to the store and fax papers. recieved paper stating transaction compleat.
Called said in 8-10 weeks check in the mail. Augest called they said that cause of the mileage that it took longer than expected. Why? no answer. then said that it would be out next week. I said look I'm still paying on it on my credit card plus intrest I need the money. I sent all my payment in you have my money now I want what is owed to me now. Please.
2 weeks nothing in them mail Sept called back. do to addresschange it will be 2 weeks.. nothing. Oct. Called was said it will go out in Dec. 17th.
I really feel I'm getting a run around story. Ask to speek to mananger and still now call.
I feel I'm being taken they have $1,4000 some of my money and will not send any thing back. I do not know why it would take 6 months and still nothing. I've asked all kinds of questions and no one will give me an answer. Very cold peopld. Just run arounds.
