Continental Warranty car warranty rip off scam artists refuse to repay Malibu, California

I contacted Continental Warranty, which makes me feel even more stupid. They did not contact me. I thought their information seemed legit and the company was trustworthy. I should have known better when I was told to immediatyl make a decision to get the best rate and that I could not think it over, discuss with my parents, and call them back. I jumped to the conclusion they wanted me to and gave them two hundred and fifty dollars of my hard earned money. I am a fresh college graduate who worked three jobs to get finished and then get ripped off.

I paid the money to get the packet sent to me. Before it arrived at the house my father and I decided not to do it. When it came i didn't open it, I sent it back, with delivery confirmation unopened. All within a week. Now, it is over a month later and I still have no money. I filing this today and hope that I will in the nexte week or two. I will keep this website updated on what happens.
