On April 18, 2008, I cancelled the warranty policy because of a rude saleperson comments. I was promised a refund by July 2, 2008, when asked why it takes so long, it was explained to me that it takes that long to process the refund.

On July 4, 2008, I called the company to request my refund, and was told that the process was behind please allow 30 more days. On August 6, 2008, I called the company again to request my refund and was told that because of the gas prices everyone was cancelling their warranties. I was advised to fax a demand letter to the company. On August 22, 2008, I faxed a demand letter and got no response. At the end of August I attempted to call the company and got a message stating if I need to contact them I would have to send an e-mail, which I did and still got no response to this day.

I have never dealt with a company like this before and find it hard to believe that they treat their customers like this. I am glad I cancelled my policy, how I only hope that they will give me my money back. I need it for gas.....

In response to the idiotic post made by MKZ a employee of a competitive warranty company I am going to caution you to realize when you make deliberately false statements about a company or a individual you can have legal liability for it.

Our insurance company Great American Insurance Company who guarantees funds for all claims and refunds has had no financial difficulty during this crazy period in American economics. Check their stock symbol AFG, their financial strength is undisputable. They guarantee every service plan we sell through them fully.

We are not going out of business, contact me personally for resolution on any issue you are having with a refund or complaint on our service.
