My company started using this so called "lead" service in the early part of this year. At first we thought it may pan out. However we began realizing that we had not made contact with or landed one of the represented leads this company sent us. They are rather expensive to begin with. They charge $45.00 for remodel leads and $25.00 for anything minor. However in order to receive any credits, our company needs to be unsuccessful in reaching anyone for 10 days. When we did request replacements for leads that were illegitimate, we were denied. 

When I spoke with a representative from California, he indicated that they wanted to keep us as a customer and would send us 6 replacement leads before sending us any chargeable leads. So once again, we were unsuccessful in reaching anyone. Then because the company sends us three additional "bogus" leads they want to charge us for them.

This person from California is very argumentative and is adamant we pay them the balance we apparently owe.

This company is a rip off and I am writing this complaint to forewarn any other contractor from making the same mistake we have.
