Controlled Air Inc. Refuses to pay legitimate freight ionvoice Cincinnati Ohio

 This company contracted to purchase HVAC equipment from us with the clear understanding that freight costs were their respoinsibility to pay. As a service to our customers, we sometimes include an estimated frieght cost in our quote, and in this case our estimate was considerably lower than what the actual freight cost turned out to be. Instead of making any attempt to communicate with us to negotiate the difference, they simply wrote us a letter telling us they refused to pay the difference between our estimate and the actual frieght cost.
