I was hired at Convergys that was 7 weeks of training with an incompetent trainer Raegean. after getting to production there were 2 great team leads which care enough to assist when needed. Employees changed team leads every 6 - 8 weeks and I ended up with a Team Lead (Esther). The worst Team Lead ever she couldn't answer any questions then wouldn't answer you because she was taking care of her kids. She was tampering with systems to affect CSR's stats if they ask too many questions. There systems were antiquated, slow, processes didn't make sense. They would not pay the employees if Convergys system crash and working with their IT department. They manipulate the numbers as they see fit because there are several programs and location to the stats. The CSR doesn't know what numbers are correct and I was told it depends on what system they decide to use. So if you are liked ..your scores/stats are good , if they do not like you or you ask too many questions, they use a system/programs with any bad stats. Esther does not know how manage people and uses levity to get out answering any questions. Convergy's management uses underhanded ways to irritate CSR's to resign or forces mistake to use as reasons place on warning or terminate.
