Cook's Termite & Pest Control, Inc Did not honor the gaurantee to rid Bed Bugs-Lousy customer service-Lousy service Columbus, Ohio

We contacted Cooks Termite & Pest Control to rid our apartment building of Bed bugs. They came 3 times and the bed bugs got worse. They came to do an apartment because the lady kept getting the bed bugs and the tenant from upstairs said hey can you come and do my apartment again. I have them real bad? He said wait until I call the office. He then told the tenant I cannot do your apartment because the office said no.

That was lousy customer service. If the tenant needed his apartment done again then they should have done it. The many time they were there, they never got rid of the bed bugs. That is what I paid for and that is not what we got. When we complained they said they would have a Tech call us. Nobody ever got back with us. They took our money and ran and did not guarnatee the service or gi8ve us a 30 day warranty.
