Wow!! This Crystal person is obsessed with this company and Kim Harris. She sounds like a stalker to me. I'm pretty sure the owner wouldn't allow someone that acts like her to "run" her company. I definitely wouldn't take much that comes out of her mouth seriously. Her youtube account is CRAZY and she looks cracked out and drunk in every single video. You can tell she's high as a kite. She can't even keep her eyes focused. This woman is going to be a psychiatrist? Yeah......... I don't think so!

First, I want to say; I am sorry you worked for this crook Kim Harris (CBE), I was amazed to see Maureen in accounting. That is Kim Harriss mother. She is not an accountant, so this was a total lie! Yes she does this to all models and actors and has for as long as I have known her. Before, she used the name Amber as the accountant as an excuse not to pay her people. I am so happy you will fight. I urge you to contact the BBB, and the labor commission to solve this but also make it public. I have seen her tactics, e.g., reporting it, and have been told I am lying yet I have 7 ex-employees that will back all of you up. GO
for it. Take this bad business down! Stop allowing yourselves to be victims. Unethical business is wrong and if we do not speak out more victims will succumb.

I have to admit this report is correct. I thought what Kim Harris told me was true. I am Leigh. She told me the same stories that others were told and I believed in the company. I saw the deception way down the road
too late to help. I saw Kim lying and preying on others dreams and when I did I quit. She begged me for two years to come back and I never did. They lie about payments, bookings, agents, even the models on their pages half of them do not exist. This is one part I wish I never had a part in. I was sold a dream as well. I thought I was helping people and now I know I was a part of a major Las Vegas scam. I apologize to all. And this post is 100% correct. I am out of this
crappy business, and am proud to admit that I was a part of this hell hole that scammed everyone even the employees!

I worked for Kim Harris and watched her not pay many people including her current employees whom complain all the time. This company is ran/owned by Kim Harris a woman who refuses to admit she is the owner. Claims LLC, when she owns it. Has CLASSES unlicensed by the state of Nevada, and does not report all funds to the IRS or the local tax laws. This place is a scam!  Stay away! BTW she is being reported to the IRS and Licenses commissioners.

I have had the same experience with Cool Blue Talent- Kim Harris. I have worked 2 events for them and both times it has been a constant battle to get paid. I have had to call and call, leave messages and email for over a month to get paid. The first event was a little hectic with not all the girls showing up for part 2 of the event, so I gave Kim some slack. She seemed genuinely trying to help me get paid. SO when she contacted me on short notice about a convention in the beginning of October, I explicitly asked her when I would be paid. She responded that the client would pay her on the last day of the show-Saturday (standard policy), it would take a couple of days for the check to post (ok) then my check would be mailed to me. Ok great! So I work this convention and the client is VERY happy with my performance.

During the show I see other promo models that I know and we talk about who we are working for blah blah blah. You should have seen the responses I got when I told them I was working for Kim Harris/Cool Blue Talent. Most of them grimaced and said that they too had received the job offer for this convention and turned her down because she isn't professional and it's "ALWAYS HARD TO GET PAID IF YOU GET PAID". Even after all this I tried to stay positive that it was just a mix-up last time and I would be paid on time.

It is now November 20 and I have still not been paid. Kim Harris has stopped answering and returning my numerous phone calls and emails. In October, she did return an email of mine and stated that my check would be sent out on October 19 (over a week after it was promised). I never received it. Beginning of November she finally responded to one of my emails and copied me on an email that she sent to Maureen in accounting asking about the status of my check. Still NOTHING.

I have NOT contacted the client or breached my contract in ANY way. I have tried to give Kim Harris/Cool Blue Talent the benefit of the doubt. I have been patient and not threatened them. It may seem like $750 isn't that big of a deal but I did a great job representing her company and I deserve to get paid.

My advice to anyone that is considering working for Kim Harris/Cool Blue Talent is unless you want a massive headache and you don't care when/if you get paid DON'T DO IT!!!

I'm going to continue my battle (hopefully without having to spend any money and legal recourse) to get paid. Cross your fingers.

Cool Blue has had that contract with that client for 3 years and they were so offended they said they would use another agency next year. FALSE - THEY HAVE NEVER USED THEM PRIOR TO THIS AND TOLD ME THEY WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN BECAUSE OF THEIR LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. It is clearly written in her contract not to bother or discuss monies with the clients and that doing so would result in Forfeit of pay. WE DIDN'T DISCUSS MONEY - WE DISCUSSED HOURS SINCE KIM WAS NOT ABLE TO BE REACHED, FURTHER MORE IT WAS THE OTHER MODEL THAT SHOWED THE CONTRACT. She actually sent an email saying thisI spoke to the client and they told me they already paid you Right there ended her pay. I HAD TO EMAIL SINCE I NEVER RECEIVED MY MONEY - THIS IS EXACTLY THE SCAM I EXPLAINED, WAITING UNTIL YOU HAVE TO CALL THE CLIENT.

Every one else was paid. I was on the job with her. THIS IS A LIE - THERE WAS ONLY ONE OTHER MODEL ON THE JOB, ROMINA, WHO HAS STILL NOT BEEN PAID!!!! I was paid on time no problems and I did not breech my contract as your friend did. This girl should not be hired by any model and talent agency again! Daniella. LIE LIE LIE

If you care about here read her contract and her emails she sent and the emails the client complained about her and sent.

Warning to all Agency's in Las Vegas nevada and LA. DO NOT HIRE DANIELLA LUNA OR TORMIN SHE IS SNEAKY AND TRIES TO DEFAME COMPANIES AFTER SHE COULD NOT GET AWAY WITH WHAT SHE WAS TRYING TO DO.
