   Cool Glow sucks. Coolglow.com in my opinion has the worst customer service. My story is worth sharing to prevent those from deciding to do business with them. Coolglow.com might a variety of selections but they have very poor qualiy products according to my friend. My stuff I ordered on the other hand never made it because of the lack of customer service. I told Cool Glow that I needed my shipment rushed so I paid for them to rush the process and not only that made for a high rate for expedited shipping for a package that weighed less than 2 pounds and can fit in one hand.

Not only that but Cool Glow made the mistake of allowing the purchase of items that were out of stock. I was not made aware of this until after a while. So they make it look like they have a lot of options but they probably have a few to select from. When their shipping provider made a mistake, Coolglow.com did not take any liability for the shipping error.  I had to leave town that week that is why I needed the package right away. So I never got the package and when I came back from my trip, they had not notified me that the package was returned to the sender. 

   Now comes the good part. I wanted a simply request to send the package back with their free shipping option, but they told me I had to pay around 30% of what I paid them in total for the package to ship it back. They were unfair and treated me with no respect. I could not even get a hold of a manager. They said they would refund me a portion of my money which turned out to be less than half of what I paid them for it. Jeremy Adams who is the manager for Coolglow.com had email transactions with me that ended up in circles. Jeremy Adams does not deserve to be customer success manager if he doesn't even have time to speak with me on the phone. After speaking with a lady who seemed to not know what she was doing kept putting me on hold to chekc with her superior. Jeremy Adams, general manager of Coolglow.com should be fired for his lack of assistance.

  I will warn any of those who try to buy from this company. Coolglow.com is not worth buying from because there are many other sites that provide not only better customer service, but higher quality products. Cool Glow sucks. Beware of who you are dealing with. Scams like coolglow.com hide behind their terms of service. Read them carefully to find that they are only after your money. With low quality products and lack of customer service, Cool Glow would be one of the worst companies I have dealt with.
