I purchase a money making software that reccomended that I sign up for hosting with cool handle. I signed up for a hosting account 8/25/12; I was charged $120.00. I had a hard time following the software and decided to return it. On approximately 8/30/12, I phone cool handle and told the CSR that I no longer needed the hosting account. I was told to cancel on the internet. I requested they cancel my account on line. I got a page that said, "your cancellation request was received by our staff." I just figured that they would process a refund. In November, I was going through my statements and realized that I never received a refund. I contacted my debit card company and they started a dispute immediately. Cool Handle refused to give me a refund even with the dispute. They claim they never told me that they were going to give me a refund. I cancel your service within 5 days of purchasing it. There was no website set up or even a domain name registration. Their money back policy is just a ploy they use to get your money. They litteraly robbed me of $120.00. I'm going to file a complaint against them with BBB. I want everyone to be aware of this company. They are crooks
