Please search on ESBI or Info Guard on this site. I am having a hard time not only getting my money back but getting ESBI to stop the services and stop billing me. My local phone company Chillicothe Telephone says they can not stop them. ESBI is only the symptom of this problem. Q Interactive and Coolsavings.com are the source of this disease.
