Cooper Vision not accepting Dr provided receipts as proof of examination just to deny rebate El Paso Texas

The departmet store inw which I purchased contact lenses sold me on purchasing an entire year for two children because of the rebate that was being offered by Cooper Vision. So against my better judgement I forked over the money to purchase numerous boxes of contact lenses.

The sales associate told me it woudl be easy to request. Needless to say when I got home and read the requirments ONLINE, I knew it was going to be a very difficult thing to do and the chances of them honoring the cliam was going to be slim, just becaue of what they REQUIRE in order to obtain a refund.

As I suspected my claim was denied because of the reciepts that the Dr's office that is attached to the department store chain that offers the rebate were not exactly a line by line detailed reciept that has the exact verbage that they require in order to approve the rebate. I supplied them with 2 types, both showing the date and the payment for the exam and they still refused that as a proper reciept. They deny trying to justify the refusal to pay,they say the denial is a legitamate techinicality. That is hogwash
