Copa Airlines WORST TRIP EVER!! RIPOFF SO BAD!! Internet

I complained to the supervisor Washington Aranda who had a poor attitude, made us wait to speak to him then restated that were were late even though we arrived there 2 hours early (he said we should have been there at 3:30am)? To make matters worse while speaking to Mr. Aranda I saw one of his subordinates accept cash from a passenger in plain sight of Mr. Aranda. This person was behind us in line and their bags did not get the same red tags as everyone else. I am not exaggerating.
Further more when we arrived at our destination the bags were not there. We didn't get them till four days later. When they finally arrived they were damaged and items were stolen. We had four bags ,three arrived in this condition the fourth was not found till after month and only after my mother kept returning to the airport. The bag was simply in a vault. No one from Copa could be troubled to open and retrieve it.
its such a shame that those companies can treat us like piece of s.... nothing!!!! look out!!!
