I smelled a rat, but did not act on my instinct. These are the real deal "SCAMMERS" that need to be brought to justice. PLEASE make your complaint, too. I was never able to get a written response from them on what they were doing - they never called me or called me back - my property was not listed or visible on the internet or in any magazines, or ANYTHING AT ALL - they clearly never intended to do anything but take the money and deal with our complaints by making up stories about how they were going to do "face-to-face" sales to market our timeshare. They were supposed to send me some kind of "hot list" with my property on it that was being used by their face-to-face sales force, but never did - and this was after they already knew they were going out of business - I know they never did anything to market my property because they never responded or showed me anything that would indicate an effort was made. I certainly wrote them and requested enough (could not get anyone on the phone), but they NEVER responded. The owners need to be taught a lesson that they can not get away with this by running away. You can run but you can not hide! You will be caught and you will be held accountable.
