We bought a high end digital color machine, we sent in $10000, to release machine, balance due upon arrival and install, per signed agreement. No machine, after weeks of calling, they want the balance of money, saying its their policy to have all the money before machine ships and Gabrielle the person that wrote the invoice order was put on suspension for this. After arguing this, I reluctantly sent the balance of $3000, and was promised the machine in one week. No machine. After 2 months of calling and emailing everyday, excuse after excuses, not answering phones, etc etc. a machine arrived. However, not the machine I ordered. The drawers I ordered were not the ones for the machine that was sent, and the fiery rip to send jobs to the machine was not sent.  They also quoted us service contract including  install  - however after weeks of the same thing, excuses, no replies, the machine still sits unusable. Please do not buy from this company.
