I received a letter from this collection agency. I made the phone call to them the same day. I was told in no uncertain terms both agressive and threatening that I was to claer this matter up within 24 hours or else other legal actions would be taken when the letter clearly states that there is 30 day time frame to respond and accept or dispute this debt. The debt was accurate I was attemtping to resolve with Best Buy when this letter arrived. It was just the treatment that I received from Mary Shaw. I submitted an online review with Corporate receivables, however, this was an exercise in futility as I am sure that they endorse this activity or it would not go on in such wholsale activity. After Earding other such reports for this company my experience with them is much the same.
