Coral Resorts Deceptive business practices Cheswick, Pennsylvania

    We purchased a timeshare with Coral Resorts in Hilton Head SC.  The agreement was to purchase our timeshare in Orlando using Elite Equity transfer.  At the time of the "quick claim deed" sale to Coral Resort our maintence fee had to be paid up to 2013, which it was to have a clear title transfer.  Now, they want us to pay an addition year of maintence fee before continuing the transfer of deed. 

     Also, they promised that we could sell back two "developer weeks" to recover the yearly maintence fee at Coral Resorts.  They lied on both acounts, first they quoted us a fee of $600 for the yearly maintence which turn and out to be $900 then they have not fullfilled the promise to recover the "developer weeks " refund. 

     This company and their representives do not tell you the truth at time of sale.  They mislead you in what benefits you will receive.  Later, when you attempt to get in touch with the representatives they tell you he no longer works for the company. 

     My advice is don't get involved with Coral Resorts.
