my husband and i went to a timeshare presentation we happened to be there for 3 hours anyhow when we got done we told the salesman that we  werent interested in purchasing a timeshare well he kept coming up with ways to get us to sign well the  at the last minute he comes back and tells us that in nov 2012 that we would get a 3000 dollar ck in the mail by the second week in nov because they were going to sell 2 weeks for us to the golfers so that sounded good to us so of course we signed,

so nov came and no ck we called the salesman and he said that the company changed their minds and they wanted us to pay the down payment off first thats not what he told us he said when we got the ck we should pay the downpayment off with it which we were going to do but he sai we misunderstood no we didnt we are not deaf,anyhow we have an attorney working with us to get rid of the contract these people lie and will say anything to make you sign and yes they do have an f rating with the bbb i dont know how they get away with ripping innocent people off someone needs to stop them so i told my husband we will no longer go to anymore timeshare presentations anywhere good luck and be careful.
