Corporate Auto Brokers Went in to buy a SUV, asked about the a/c not working in vehicle and a door not opening. Was told we ask for too many things and was told to F*** You and to get out. It was weird, Charles, the owner just flipped. I have bought several vehicles in my life and most car dealers want to make things right and sale you a good vehicle. Charlie DOES NOT! It is a fact that he wants you to sign the papers and get you out as fast as he can. The vehicle is good until you drive it off the lot and if your smarter to check anything, he will tell you to F*** you. I have never been treated like this. DON"T BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM!!! Went to buy a SUV from Corporate Auto Brokers, I was interested in a Range Rover he had on his lot. My husband and I took the car for a test drive and smelled oil burning. We questioned Mike Wheelock and he said they knew about the leak, the part had been ordered and it would be fixed. That Monday, we drove back to Corporate Auto Brokers and put $100.00 to hold the vehicle. We were told that the car would be fixed sometime this week and we would be back that Friday to do the deal. Friday, my husband called Mike to find out if the vehicle was fixed and that we would be there Friday afternoon. My husband had work Friday and didn't get out in time to pick up SUV that Friday evening.
Saturday, May 4th, my husband and I went to pick up the SUV. Asked to take the vehicle on one last test drive to make sure the oil leak had been fixed. We turned on all the lights, the a/c, pushed the locks up down, rolled down the windows to make sure things were working correctly. The a/c would work but was not blowing out of the vents. We asked Michael about this and he said he would have the mechanics look at it. We said we would leave for lunch, while at lunch Mike called us and said the a/c worked, we just didn't turn it on right.
After lunch, we returned, Mike was working with other customers so Charles, the owner said he would show us how the a/c worked. He turned it on and again it didn't blow out the front vents. He took it back to the mechanics, where the mechanic said it was working and foreign cars don't blow like out American cars. I asked him if during the hot summer, if it didn't work if he would fix and he didn't answer. My husband went back to the vehicle and the vents were blowing heavy in the back. My husband came back in and asked Charlie why the vents blew heavy in the back but not in front. Charles just flipped. Started to tell us he didn't want to deal with us and told my husband to F*** you and then looked at me and told me to F*** you and to get out.
I have bought many vehicles and most car dealers want to fix something that is wrong or they will tell you the car is sold as is. Never have i been told to F because something on the car you are buying is not working. I am a very easy going person and I am not a pushy person so this came out of the blue.
Be aware of Mr. Charles, he's a very disturbed man. I feel sorry for anyone he comes in contact with.
