Ralph was pretty thorough. After reading everything posted here I think the shear number of negative responses have to rule. I know nothing about this scam, but I'd be willing to assist in tracking down these people.

I started off my first business a few years ago and wanted to grow so i was always looking into things that would assist me in my endeavours, i was contacted by CDN saying they were afilliated with all these major organizations so i was more than game...heres what i was promised...

"$25,000.00 commercial credit line... Free internet access... Discount Office Product Superstore... $500 Gift Certificate... Free magazine subscriptions? and offered ?100% Satisfaction Guarantee? and allowed cancellation ?at any time? ... ?with no further obligation.?

I was on air about this because i really thought i was going to get something great to assist me getting started. CDN charged me over $400.00 and i got nothing no email no postal mail either. Heres the worst part my account didnt have $400.00 in it so they took 5 checks for $92.00 each automatic draft which not only cost me what they withdrew but an additional $30.00 per transaction the bank closed my account and i never heard from them again the bank could do nothing they say so im after them myself...

I have managed to track them to several places here is the info i collected.

We would like to initiate a class action lawsuit against this company.

I just started a business and have been bombarded with telemarketing and scam calls. When Corporate Development Center called I entertained the idea briefly until I was asked for my bank account number. When I told them I would not supply this information the attitude of the solicitor became rude. Fortunately I got the phone number and proceeded to research them on the internet. Finding this site only confirmed what I suspected. I think it is DISPICABLE. I dont understand why they can't put thier energies into a legal business instead of praying on the hopes and dreams of innocent people who need help. People need to have common sense, these types of people will take everythihng you got.

This company is to be avoided at all costs.

I recently discovered that someone from the IP address of 24.73.226.106 was posing as five different CDN clients by posting positive CDN reviews. This same IP address was used by an Angel W. who claimed to be a CDN employee. A traceroute of this IP address reveals it is part of cdinfo.com and http://www.evoq.info/, which happens to be the site designer.

Angie, since you're having such great luck with these people could I please get the name and number of someone I can talk to? Wherever you are getting all this great service is where I want to call. I can't get through to anybody at any number to help me. I've payed my dues and would also like to get the same service you are.

I DID NOT GET A 25,000$ LOAN I GOT A 25,000$ COMMERCIAL LINE OF CREDIT THAT I USE ON THE CDN WEB SITE. THEY HAVE MANY DISCOUNTED OFFICE PRODUCTS AND THEY OFFER THE LOWEST PRICES! (THAT I HAVE FOUND) I ONLY PAY 2.8% INTREST ON MY LINE OF CREDIT .

I have been told twice to call and ask for "Angela". I bet "Angie" Who responded before is this same person because there is NO WAY that this is a reputable honest company. I am always told that "Angela" is not in or on another line. She has never been available since the first time she was contacted by our bank. She knows who we are and what we want and therefore, will not get on the phone and will not return messages. I have told the person answering the phone that she never calls back and she just says the same thing..."I'll give her the message". I need somewhere else to call. Any suggestions? The number I have is 800 875 0609. I am told this number rings in to Puami, Florida. I'm suprised they even have a toll free number. One of these days soon i'm sure it will tell us that it is no longer in service.

We need to figure out who these people are and bring them down!! I don't have time for this and I'm sure you don't either, but the thought of giving up on this is not strong enough yet. It's not right to get ripped off for any amount of money.

Curious to find out more about this company, I searched the Arizona Corporation Commission and Secretary of State database for Corporate Development Network. No such company name registered in Arizona.

So I went to their website, www.cdninfo.com. The first page took forever to load and there was absolutely no information of any kind. Just an arrow to click on to enter their site. So I clicked and something was being downloaded to my PC. Damned if I know what was being downloaded but I got suspicious that it was spyware as there was nothing displaying on the page. My browser did not respond when I hit the "stop" icon, so I closed the browser to stop the download. It'll be a cold day in hell before I go back to that site.

Finally, I did a whois on their URL. It is registered through GoDaddy and their subsidiary Domains by Proxy. For those of you who are not familiar with these two entities, they are in the business of concealing the identities of website owners. Who uses this service? People using the Internet to commit crimes. (GoDaddy and Domains by Proxy are both located in Scottsdale, Arizona. No telling where Corporate Development Network is located.)

Perhaps Angie, the person who defended Corporate Development Network, could enlighten us on where this company is located, who the principals are, and why those people feel the need to conceal their whereabouts.

The point is, is that we as consumers have the right to discontinue service if unsatisfied. Unless we have signed a contract or some kind of agreement stating otherwise, then we should be refunded for everything we paid for but did not receive. We have been screwed also by this "Corp Development Network" or whatever they want to call themselves. The main problem that I have is that they said that they give you 5 days to change your mind. Ok, so they "took the order" on 12-2, processed the check on 12-3, check cleared our account 12-6. We were well in our "grace period" and after talking about it I said absolutly not. We don't even really know the name of this outfit. They certainly did not make it clear who they were. We had the 6th and the 7th to call and cancel but it was too late. They had gotten into the account and took the money. The bank called us on Dec 6th and let us know that these checks had been debited to our account and was now overdrawn. One check for $369.95 and one for $29.95. We canceled what we didn't even sign up for within our 5 days and still have been refused our money back. No info or product from this company either. They said they faxed us the info, whatever that is, to a number that does not exist and we don't even have a fax machine. They have been telling lie after lie after lie.

We have had to close our account and open another at the bank, resend bills, buy more checks, and all of this can be added to what they have already taken. Not counting the hours we have spent and will still spend to get these guys to stop their lies and hurting people.

And I got ahold of a very nice gentelman Mr. Williams and have signed up for the program!After checking out their website I was very impressed I own a small distributing co. for 2 years now and have been looking for something like this to help me out. I think it is a wonderful oppertunity to better my business credit. The best 2 features are the Grant Programs and the free 12 page web site what better way to advertise my business!!!! I am very happy with my $25,000 commercial line of credit! Who else wants to give a small business any kind of credit considering 90% of small businesses ruin their personal credit building their business. And if you havent been in business long enough to estabilish credit then the only credit you have besides high intrest rate credit cards is your ruined personal credit!!

So Jess I will end this by saying maybe try to utilize this program before you get your panties in an uproar! I think it could be a good asset to your business! And if not you have learnd your lesson never take someones word, and always do your research! first time shame on them! Second time shame on you!

I called several time NETCHEX (this is the company they are using in order to charge my account) and they told me that this company doesn't have a physical address on their files, just an 800 number. 1-800-875-0609....another funny phone number...
Also, that they have another company with the name of: Capital Communications...there are about 100 companies with the same name around the USA..!!!
