Received a letter stating that Corporate Records Service will prepare and provide corporate minutes that meet the following
requirements of New York Law. They request that you provide them with certain information related to Shareholders,
Corporate Directors, Corporate Officers and a Contact Person. They ask that you send them the completed form and a check for $125.
They are very cute in saying Corporate minutes may also be prepared by corporate officers or other agents.
They then state CORPORATE RECORDS SERVICE IS NOT A GOVERNMENT AGENCY AND DOES NOT HAVE OR CONTRACT WITH
ANY GOVERNMENT AGENCY TO PROVIDE THIS SERVICE. This is their way around their fraudulently inducing you to pay them for a service that you do not need.
Only problem is that you can do the minutes yourself and save $125. Throw their material in the trash.
