The "service" is to write your corporate meeting minutes and distribute them to your shareholders. However, they don't tell you how it works, how many times per year, or how many copies for your $125 fee. They ask for your shareholder's names, officers & titles. They ask for a check, money order or credit card.
I found RipOff Report on a basic google search of the company name "Corporate Records Service" and found the same scam is in many states. Most recent report was in a neighboring community yesterday.
The $125 would be the minimal damage. The account/routing numbers and credit card info would be damage maximus!
