I wanted to replace my cell phone and this company had the best prices. I called in on Monday, March 26th to place my order because I was not comfortable placing my order online with a company I hadn't heard of. Plus it had a box for the phone customer service that said "scared to place your order online? Click here to talk to a live agent." That should have been my first warning.

I placed my order with a very pleasant and easy to understand salesman. He took all the pertinent information and my credit card information and told me that I could expect my phone to arrive no later then Wednesday. I was excited because I had just paid about $100 for two $300+ phones and they would be here very quickly.

I had tried to order my phone through my carrier, but these guys were cheaper and seemed more convenient.

That was the end of my good experience with this company.

I called my cell phone carrier company to find out if they could confirm the order and they had never heard of this Corporate Wireless Group, yet CWG had my carriers logo plastered all over their website. They told me to call the customer service for CWG and make sure it was a legitimate purchase.

I called CWG's customer service and waited 45 minutes in queue to talk to a representative. When I finally got to a person, the accent was so thick I could not understand them AT ALL, and when I told the lady I was not trying to be rude, but I wanted to speak to someone I could understand a little better, she told me there was no one and basically hung up on me.

So I called back, because the only answer I could get to my questions was "please expect and email within the next 24 hours" I got another person with an accent that I could barely undertand, and that was basically all he would tell me too. "please wait for the eamil in 24 hours." and "Sprint won't see the purchase on their systems until we activate your phone."

So I did the only thing I could do and waited for the email. It arrived Wednesday morning, only to say that I needed to call in because they needed more information. Now, why didn't they call me to expidite the process? I of course called in and was told they could only send me one phone unless I wanted to pay an extra fee of $49.00 (which was contrary to what I was told when I ordered).

So I cancelled one phone and was to receive the other on Wednesday, March 28th. Wednesday rolled around and my order was still showing pending on their website, so i called again, and got someone who barely spoke english again. and was told to wait "24 hours for an email" again

So, I called back, and they told me that to compensate me for the inconvenience, they'd ship my phone "next day air" free of charge. That was sufficient for me at the time. They told me my phone would arrive on THursday, March 29th.

Thursday rolls around and no status change on the website, I called customer service to find out if they had yet again neglected to call me if there was a problem and they told me to "wait 24 hours for an email with a tracking number on it." At this point I had had it, but decided to wait until Friday morning to see if I got the email.

Here it is Friday, March 30th, my phone was originally supposed to arrive on Wednesday, March 28th... and STILL NO PHONE! So I called in this morning, friday, March 30th, to cancel my order. When I called, I of course went through all the verification and the man (with an accent AGAIN that made him hard to understand) I was speaking to asked me what he could help me with. I told him I wanted to cancel the order. And his attitude went from semi-helpful to completely dead-pan in a matter of a couple of seconds. He tried to tell me AGAIN that "my order would ship in 24 hours" and I told him that I was sick of getting the run around everytime I tried to get an answer, he could not give me a confirmation number that my order had been cancelled and told me to "wait 24 hours for an email to be sent to me confirming the cancellation." HOLY CRAP! Is that the only thing they know how to say in english?!?!?!?

I called my bank's fraud department and warned them that I had cancelled the order and asked them to watch out for any sort of charges from this company. and THANK GOD this whole ordeal is over. From now on I will NOT order anything having to do with this company and I want to warn EVERYONE what a complete RIP-OFF this company is. I cancelled my order because I could not get a straight answer from anyone in their customer service about delivery or total cost.
