Costa Crew members are continously harrassed by Costa Cruises, officers, cruise directors, hotel directors, corporate workers.
Costa Crew members are forced to sign working hours which do not correspond to reality.
In case any crew member is not willing to sign the incorrect working hours (many crew members work over 15, 18 hours!! daily, and every day during several months when they are onboard) they are threatened to lose their jobs. In many cases many crew members lost their jobs because they refused to sign the fake working hours.
Despite this company is conducting courses against harrassment, Costa Cruises, officers, many Italian offices from South Italy, Naples, Sorrento like Clementina Palumbo, Eduardo Barlassini, and corporate workers from Peru like Pilar del Aguila harress the crew members.
Hopefully one day something will happen in regards.
