Cottman Transmission Centers 21 Point Inspections - Failure New Castle, Delaware

I went to Cottman for a transmission inspection. No lights were going off in my car but it had buck to it (meaning when it changed gears it would pull and it would stall at lights). So I first researched and come up with torque converter from the service bulletins. I took it over to Cottman and they said they ran the 21 point inspection but couldn't find anything wrong with the vehicle.
They said in order to diagnose the problem they would have to take it apart and it would be $450 just to do that when their inspection is suppose to be free (which makes no sense because you can't even check the fluid without the transmission running). but against my hesiations I said fine because I really wanted to get this over and done with. First quote he said it would cost $2855.95.
At this point my boyfriend says no, lower your price. So they come up with $1500 and 30-day warrantee. So I get the car back a week later, and have it for just one weekend. The car starts ticking. I take it back to Cottman and they say it doesn't have any oil.
Now, I know it should have oil because I personally put the oil in the car 2 may be 3 weeks prior to the transmission shop. Also my oil light (which has come on before) should have come back on.
They are sabotaging the cars. I know this because well my car was in the shop I reported them to the Better Business Bureau.
