not willing to help to refinance or modify the current terms in my mortgage it is obvious all they want to do is foreclose the house because of the equity I have despite the fact I have 30000 dollars to pay toward refinancing, they told me no matter how much money I have I won't be able to do anything with my loan because I do not qualify.

Even the Pennsylvania Banking Department tried to help me by talking to Countrywide, but even Pa banking department feels very dissapointed All I see is they push borrowers for subprime loans and then they would not help you
