Countrywide RV/ Mark Davis Countrywide Crook! Austin, Texas

We became homeless due 3-4 yrs ago and we had to sell our vehilcles to produce a downpayment, including my dad's 1989 Cadillac Sedan de Ville which was in near mint condition. He had passed and this is all I had for his remembrance.  Mark told my old Ford truck as down payment and I used the sale of the Cadillac to make up the down payment of $5000.00.  We had arrived at Mark's place and he showed is this nice Class A motorhome. Since we knew NOTHING about RV's, we felt Mark would be honest and open about the "sale" of this motorhome. 

We knew nothing mind you. I drove big trucks in the Army, so I KNEW I could drive this beast.  Long story short........ he gave us a mild walkaround, the house batteries were dead and he had to jump start the coach......... that was ONE hint to us, but again.......... we didn't know anything about these.  We drove about 80 miles from his place in North Austin, to Canyon Lake, Texas.  The next day, I looked closer at the coach, opened the "hood" and I checked the brake fluid......... my forefinger went nearly to the bottom of the fluid reservoir until I got to ANY brake fluid!

Then, I looked closer, rear 4 tires were in bad shape and nearly worn out!  The floor was weak and after I called the actual owner, he said that the ceiling vent in the kitchen had blown off and he put a vent cover on to fix the problem(needed a vent lid to truly fix the problem).  Learned the coach was in a RV rental fleet program....... which I NEVER KNEW ABOUT from the beginning!

About a year after we began the "ownership" or "took over payments", the actual owner as revealed that we had to turn over the coach to  him as its part of his bankruptcy case!!! So we were out about 600.00 a month and the new tires..................  Mark was complaining that we stopped paying him online............ and he claimed we could have gotten another coach............ yea sure!!!!   None of these issues SHOULD have came up!!! he knows NOTHING about what he is doing............ claiming that his "inventory" is low.......... uh huh............... WHAT INVENTORY!????  He doesn't own any of them at all!!!!
