Countrywide Mortgage fraudulent, betrayal of trust, unfair business practices, scam, will not lower payment, like promise to us Dallas Texas

It started when we applied for a home equity loan and was told by a loan officer by the name of David Schmidt, that if we join a program, we could come back in six months and refinance and get the loan cut in half, well that never happen, we can't even get the loan lower at all , and the last time we tried we was told that they didn't have that program anymore.

They continues until this day sending letters, and email saying they can help, but when we call , sorry cant' help you. i feel like this is a betrayal of trust with this company.

Countrywide is the major cause of us being in this situation, we was doing much better without this loan, the reason we went into this loan is that David Schmidt had said he could lower this loan, and since Countrywide is a big name we trusted him. Can we be help
