Received my scooter on June 25th.

Requested the title, via website as per instructed on June 27th. Website advised 14-21 business days to receive title. Had not received it by end of July, Began attempting to contact the company. No one bothered to return my calls or e-mails.

On August 1st Left voice mails on everyone extensions, sent e-mails to almost everyone in the company hoping to get an answer.

Received e-mail back from someone in the technical assistance dept, advising he would check on Monday August 4th. Heard nothing back, sent another e-mail to tech person on Wednesday, August 6th, who said he would check. Have not received a response.

The scooter has to be licensed to ride, and I can't get a tag without a title. Therefore, I have a nice scooter just sitting.

I finally received my title, on the day I Fed-Ex'd a complaint
to the Fresno County District Attorney's office. Go Figure.
So To conclude. 6 weeks and 1 day instead on 14-21 days for the title.
Obviously, promptness is not a priority in County Imports vocabulary.
Once they have your money, sit back and wait.

I will say that I went on their Web-site and e-mailed
everyone with my dis-satisfaction and
also left voice mails for everyone.

So I guess what I'm saying is BUYER BEWARE
It's true, you get what you pay for.
I paid less for the scooter, but more in aggrevation.

Of course, now the actual using of the scooter comes into
the picture.

I will advise on the outcome of that.
