I have read 2 of these reports on these people already they are 100% accurate! I have gone through so much grief with this place, I cant even begin to describe how pissed off I am! I wanted to get my son a kids atv for christmas, so I call and spoke with a sales man named Wayne Mcwilliams he gave me a code to get an extra $50.00 dollars off when i ordered online...sounds good! Unfortunatley the code didn't work and after 10 days and over 20 phones calls to this place trying to get this resolved I was told everything from this Wayne person doesn't even work here, to well theres nothing we can do for you because they don't offer this discount. I was not allowed to speak with any kind of manager, because he was never available. I should have cut my loses at this point but I didn't.
A week later after I had calmed down from round one of this place, I decided to place an order for the kids quad. I chose to do it over the phone because I didn't want any confusion in my order. I told them the model I wanted and that it had to be yellow and be here before christmas, and if it wasn't going to be yellow I didn't want it period. He said it was no problem. I placed the order on Nov. 20th the ATV showed up Dec. 15. It was the wrong color!!!!
After i placed the order I had read on the websites fineprint (it is the longest disclaimer I have ever read) that wrong color was not an acceptable reason to refuse the shipment. I was in a situation...so I looked the shipping box over for obvious damage, I didn't see the cardboard torn up or anything so I accepted it and just sucked it up. As I unpack the unit there were large scratches on the atv that had been covered up with some kind of white paint. the color of the body panels that were face up were dirty and badly faded like it had been stored outside, the headlight bulb was ripped out of the headlight and the mount was broken. The front bumper guard had all of the paint rubbed of on the box side. Ok, now I'm pissed!
I call and talked to a sales man he told me if I tried filling a claim online they MIGHT be able to help. I said I wanted to speak with someone now because this was not the color I ordered and it's broken. They transfer me to their shipping person Delilah (she's a piece of work!)and I calmy explained to her my situation and asked what we can do about it. She asks "did you sign for it?" I said yes. she then tells me there is nothing we can do for you. I said wait a minute you sent me the wrong motorcyle, and it's damaged! She said that because I sign for it it was mine period. If i would not have sign for it she would have helped me. I knew this was B.S. because I read on the website that I couldn't refuse the order based on wrong color (which was the only thing I could tell was wrong when it was boxed up). I told her it says right on your website that I can't refuse this order based on wrong color and that if i would have, i would have had to pay $ 275.00 return shipping! she said can you hold, and puts me on hold for like 5 minutes. she gets back on and continues with the there nothing we can do for you bit again.
I then told her about all the damage to the ATV that I couldn't see until it was unpacked. Then this B*itch has the nerve to say to me "How do we know you did damage it!?" she continues and tells me it"s my responsibilty to completely inspect the shipment BLAH BLAH BLAH. How am i supposed to check the whole unit over when it's wrapped bolted and all wired onto a crate! At this point Im boiling! "I am the customer here!" I said and you are going to accuse me of damaging this? I want to talk to a manager RIGHT NOW! She tells me there is no manager that I can talk to about this.
Needless to say this arument went on until I was so mad I litterally smashed my phone. This company has an unsatifactory rating with the BBB for a reason DO NOT lets these people do this to you!
