I bought the 150cc Leike Hornet from their site in February. It's a great little bike. It looks great and feels great. I received it with the front right blinker not working, the left passenger stirrup was entirely missing, an uncalibrated speedometer, a non functioning tachometer, and the engine covering was totally cracked. I called them to initiate a claim with the warranty dept. 4 phone calls, and 53 min. later, I spoke with a sales rep who didn't know anything about the warranty, and got to a warranty dept. voice mail that was full! So I looked to get these things repaired elsewhere. Nobody knows where to get parts for this bike. I used the bike to get to work and home (11.4 miles) NEVER laid it down. All the appropriate and on time check ups and tunings. I've taken REALLY good care of it. Now there is a CRACK IN THE FRAME and they've taken over a MONTH to initiate the new claim. They are now REFUSING to even help cover the cost to repair it! POOR customer service. I wish I had the same experience as some of these other reviews. I am taking legal action.
