Couturehardwear.com Natalie Boladian Fraudulent Company, Scam, Charged my Credit Card & Never shipped my Order Internet

I made a purchase from this website on July 19, 2011.  Immediately after my purchase I received an email stating that my order would be shipped within 5-7 days.  After 2 weeks, I decided to contact the company and ask for a tracking number or receive some sort of status regarding my purchase.  I received an email from them with the intial email sent after my purchase, still indicating it would be shipped after 5-7 business days, providing me with no legit tracking number.

I decided to wait it out about 10 days or so, and after not receiving my order, I contacted the company via email (that is their only form of contact, no phone number is listed) demanding either my money back or proper customer service and an accurate update regarding my purchase.  I received an email back several days after from a woman named Natalie (whom I found out is the owner of the website) stating that my order might have gotten stuck at customs, and she offered me a 10% discount, or a full refund.  I decided to take the 10% discount and wait out receiving my purchase.

Today is September 12, 2011.  I am yet to receive my order of $313, nor have I gotten any further emails from this lady.  After doing some research, I've found out that this fraudulent website is owned by a woman named Natalie Boladian.  The only form of contact is through email, which she has stopped answering back, and a P.O Box address.

SAVE YOUR MONEY and energy and DO NOT! DO NOT! order from this website.  They will steal your money, give you the run around for months, and never ship your products.
