DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Yes, we were late on some bills for freight provided by Convenant, but check out the unprofessional way that one of the heads in this company deals with this. I was more than cordial with my responses, and this idiot replies in this fashion? Plus, he started contacting our customers with this BS too.

Andrew Yaros w/ Covenant: "I first explain to your employees you are no longer able to pay bills for services, and that I would suggest that they start looking for new jobs because obviously you are going under.

Then I will sit outside your office and explain to any customers or trucks who come to your facility that you can not pay bills as well and show them you are an extremely slow and tedious 80 day pay.

You have an obligation to pay us in a timely manner, as we deliver your freight in such a manner. If you do not pay us, we have no other options.

This is how we proceed in these circumstances."

WOW! Way to work things out. Great business procedures.

Where's this going, Jimex vp? (A rhetorical question, of course)

Is your excuse youre not current on your obligations because QUOTE: We too have debts that linger for 90, 120, 180 days even?  Any inability on your part of collecting obligations owed you (I assume thats to which you allude) can not be legitimately or ethically used as an excuse of you doing the SAME  to your creditors.
.
Your referral to credit cards (You dont have any credit cards?) is not germane to OPM.  Thats the banks money, for which theyre richly rewarded beyond 30 days.
.
Somehow Im certain youll never run out of excuses to explain your status as a deadbeat. Keep on comparing apples to oranges. Ive always said a poor excuse is better than none.

Covenant Transport Services in Tracy California

AUTHOR: Jimex vp - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, November 21, 2011

This Covenant Transport Services is in no way associated with Covenant Transport.  Could've fooled me though, same name, VERY similar logo, same colors.

To Adolph:  Glad you agree with CTS's email.  Make sure you don't work for anyone that needs to deal with customer SERVICE.  We too have debts that linger for 90, 120, 180 days even.  But at no time should any company threaten the people that buy goods and services from them.  They are CUSTOMERS after all.  OPM?  seriously.  You don't have any credit cards?

Sounds OK to me........

Sounds as if Covenant handled a deadbeat non-paying customer in an appropriate manner. Pay your bills and obligations and maybe others will be more cordial in dealings with you. . QUOTE:"Yes, we were late on some bills for freight provided by Convenant....." . "Bills" plural? In ither words you want to operate on OPM (other peoples money).

This is NOT in association with Covenant Transport, Inc., based in Chattanooga, TN (www.covenanttransport.com). We would ask that you please change the company name in your header to Covenant Transport Services, Tracy, CA so that there is not a negative association with our company.
