In April 2012 we started a company Top Gear Marquees Ltd T/A TGM Deliveries and then along came the Olympic games
and everything went absolutely dead. Thing is we picked ourselves up and business picked up and we started to do really well however during the Olympic games my son missed 2 payments on the Van and low and behold last March between the 4th and 5th of March 2013 in the dead of night the dealer Coventry Leasing Ltd who had retained a spare key to the Van repossessed the Van and completely put my son out of business, he sent absolutely No letters or Repossession letters and my Son had absolutely no idea what was about to happen. With a Van load of Furniture belonging to a Client he drove the Van away. This was his life and he is desolate we have had him in Court and as yet we need to redo our case in the name of Top Gear Marquees Ltd
He closed us down within a second ,NoNotices or letters yet he stated on an email that he sent these out via regisrtered delivery yet when asked for copies he wont provide these
