WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.  ALL OF THEM ARE LIKE ROBOTS AND HAVE A CANNED PITCH AND THEY SOLD ME SOME GARBAGE THAT WAS UESLESS TO ME. THERE ARE A LOT OF GOOD AGENCIES OUT THERE, BUT COVIDA IS NOT ONE OF THEM. THEY USE VERY HIGH PRESSURE AND SMOOTH TALK YOU INTO BUYING GARBAGE. STAY FAR AWAY FROM COVIDA!!!

This is a disgruntled former employee not a customer

A disgruntled former employee wrote this complaint as well as the previous one.  This is obvious because in the previous complaint, this former employee pretends to be a customer then quickly resorts to personal attacks having “met some of the people that work there”.   These false and defamatory allegations are not from a customer but from a former employee who is lashing out in an effort at revenge after having been terminated.

 Covida hires only the utmost professionals and requires all agents to abide by a Code of Ethics as mandated by Florida law.  The Code of Ethics demands that all agents have a common obligation to serve the best interests of the insuring public and to always place the policyholder’s interests first.  Accordingly, when an agent says the customer doesn’t come first then we must part ways with that agent.

 As an insurance agency, Covida complies with all regulations and adheres to consumer safeguard policies exceeding the legal requirements. We strive to surpass our customers’ expectations and continually aim to give our clients the highest level of service possible. We stand behind our work and take pride in operating in the most ethical manner.

To set the record straight, i thought Rip off report would have an edit feature and since they don't, this is how I am making my corrections. 

 Here is the article

THERE ARE A LOT OF GOOD AGENCIES OUT THERE, BUT COVIDA IS NOT ONE OF THEM. THEY USE VERY HIGH PRESSURE AND SMOOTH TALK YOU INTO BUYING GARBAGE. STAY FAR AWAY FROM COVIDA!!! 

 Is the product complete garbage...NO...if you can't get anything else it best to have at least something and it is a good product for doctor visits, RX, and your everyday needs.Also, If you enter a hospital, you want to show them some kind of health insurance...otherwise they are not to happy about not getting any money. Overall from what i can see Covida is a  good Agency. I just spoke to someone that was a little off there game that day. Otherwise, Covida does have good products.
