Cowlitz Car Service ECOCAB RIPP OFF!! Longview, Washington

I am from out of town, was at a local bar, I needed a taxi. This outfit called Cowlitz Car Service took me from Grumpy's Bar to the Best Western. The fare was $30, which I thought was high but I paid it anyways. I had to go back to Grumpy's the following morning to retrieve my car, I did not want to use Cowlitz Car service because i felt like it was too high, so I shopped around. The Best Western suggested Uxxxxn Taxi. Uxxxxn   (((REDACTED))) Taxi brought me from the Best Western to Grumpy's bar. The fare was only $9. I said "really, that's fantastic!" Why is it that for the same distance I was charged $21 more? 
For future reference, the next time I am in town on business, I will call Uxxxxn Taxi. There rates are affordable, their cabs are clean, and the service is superb!
