*To anyone who has not experienced problems from Cox Cable, stfu already! Yes, there are people out there who pay their bills late but I can speak for myself. I pay my bills early and have been treated like trash! What a nightmare Cox cable is. Run by a bunch of knuckleheads thinking that they are a friend in the "Digital age" which is a JOKE! Not only is it a nightmare dealing with them but there's not a lot to choose from when you have someone like them capitalizing on a market with few cable providers.

Calling in, expect wait times to exceed well over 30 minutes. Go ahead and call. Hold times can be longer!!! Just put it on speaker phone and wait! The people who greet you belong in the ghetto! With the way they speak, extremely unprofessional, they do belong in the Ghetto! They are trash.

Say if you want to move your small tv into another room? 30 bucks for them to send a signal to the jack. Now that is a rip off! Don't show your discontent. They will get more ghetto and hang up on you. I could understand dealing with one peice of trash, calling in, but more than one because of to many problems? Let me clarify for the stupid. Bad pictures. Interputed service. (Yes, the bill was paid), ummm, blue screen, what else? So many things that you have to call in for and we are paying for what? This s**t? No thanks. I am going with Direct TV. Can't be as bas as the ghetto trash @ Cox.

I know that the truth hurts. And that's okay. Find a therapist!

I know where you are coming from. At least one time per day over the last 4 months we have had pictures freezing and pixelating. When calling in to report these problems, a recorded message comes on informing that these picture freezing problems are occuring in various areas due to the "upgrading" that cox is doing. For 4 months! The other day I called to find out how much longer this will be going on. I waited on the phone for an hour because cox was receiving an abundance of calls. when I finally got ahold of a live person they knew nothing about any previous outages and picture freezes and claimed the problem must be with my tv. I wonder why the recording reported that there were problems. I also wonder what all the other people calling in were calling about. Were they also calling due to problems with MY tv? Unfortunately cox has a monopoly on cable television and cable internet in our area. It is the only way they are able to stay in business. If they had any competition everyone would switch. I would like to know who they pay off to be the only cable company available. I need to move just to be able to get decent cable service.
