I have been using Cox Communication for the last 3 yrs. A few days ago I tried accessing my email and it wouldn't allow my password. I called Cox. They proceeded to tell me that I would have to change my email address because it was issued to someone else 6 yrs ago. That person had never used her email and decided to do so 6 yrs later, in which I have been using it for 3yrs.
Cox Communication admitted to me they "dropped the ball". Cox allowed, this random person whom I dont know, to change my password with her own. She had access to all managed folders, passwords saved and personal documents of mine!
Arizona is big on identity theft. Cox Communication compromised mine. They tell me there is nothing they can do and will not return my calls.
