I live in Phoenix AZ and my Cox Cable went from $29.99 a month to $69 for basic internet. I didn't have a contract either. Signed up in Nov. 2013. In May 2014 they shut my service off even though I had my account up to date. They say I owe over $350 dollars. The bill went from 0 dollars being owed to $350 plus $101 a month. They keep trying to ding my credit card for hundreds and I had to change the information. The girl in India was very rude and said that they will destroy my credit if they don't get the money. People need to come together and start a class action suit. I am tired of the trillion dollar companies extorting hard working people so they can have the lamborghinis and expensive mansions and practice their satanic sacrifices. Screw these people. I have broadband USB I am using and getting less speed than a dialup modem. I do websites, design, autocad and I can't work with 1990 speed. I would think a big city like Phoenix AZ would have choices. What does the internet suppose to cost now. $500 a month. I can't do my business or anything now. I am lucky I can write this post.

Maybe the govt/and/or Cox Cable will pull this post. I pray to the good Lord Jesus Christ that Cox Cable and all these big companies are destroyed. These demonic b******* want you all as slaves no doubt. I will have to move out of Phoenix to another part of the country where I can get affordable internet. I have lived in a lot of places and never been in a large metropolis like Phoenix AZ where a company dictates who and who can't have internet..a crooked corporation that defrauds the tax payers and the govt at same time. All this crap that they are doing is illegal. I suggest people record these demonic bastards and post the videos where millions can see them. I had a evil, crooked woman from India tell me to pay what they say I owe or it will get worse. It is easier to pay the bill. This is all I have to do. I don't owe the f**king money. This is like a mugger putting a gun to my head. "Give me your money or you won't be hurt". They specifically said they would destroy my credit.

Hector P.: Please accept my sincerest apology for the inconvenience you have encountered during this time. There is no proper resolution to this matter.

steve jolinski: it looks like I have to move out of phoenix arizona and maybe arizona altogether to get affordable internet

steve jolinski: a lot of you people need to be held directly accountable for fraud, thefts, larcenies, slander, extortion

steve jolinski: i know I can organize a good class action...there must be millions of people that have and are still being defrauded by Cox Cable

steve jolinski: i will keep calling and recording the people in India and the Philipinnes and the crooked people in America and post the videos on European sites and elsewhere overseas so the US can't pull them down

Hector P.: I understand that your credit has been hurt by this situation, I also understand that you feel frustrated for the lack of assistance you have received. But if you have been victim of fraud or Identity theft, I will advise you to contact the authorities to have this resolved.

Hector P.: Cox collection agents are third party hired as the account was already moved to a collection agency.

steve jolinski: WAIT A SECOND !! I thought you couldn't find me in the system. What is with the changeup routine ?

Hector P.: The only way of further moving along is either paying the balance (which you will not do) or contact the authorities for the theft.

steve jolinski: you can't produce any documentation whatsoever that I ever even signed up for squat..no signatures...nothing

steve jolinski: it is kinda impossible when in April 2014 I had zero balance and then in May 2014 the internet was shut off and I am told I am locked into lifetime contract that can't be cancelled and I will be forced to pay eventhough I don't have any services.

steve jolinski: How is this legal ? I am contacting you to notify you that your company is directly responsible for the frauds and extortions not only to me but maybe a million or more people

Hector P.: There is no such thing as lifetime contract and all contracts can be cancelled. Do you mind if I take a look at your account?

steve jolinski: But your company can't produce any valid documentation about my account..I was told it was confidential....if no records can't be produced than this is not a valid debt and knowingly trying to extort monies from an idividual knowing that the debt is not valid is extortion.

Krissya S.: Well, there is no proof about that but, our Fraud team will investigate the employee ID related to the installation order on the account.

steve jolinski: i can't get service...i can't get equitable services..your company charges similiar groups of people different prices for the same services and blocks out who areas of Phoenix completely

steve jolinski: many people have went public about your employees defrauding them

steve jolinski: i literally have to move out of phoenix as I do web marketing and web design and Cox is maliciously blocking me from getting internet for my business

steve jolinski: being forced to use half dialup speed or be forced to pay hundreds of dollars I don't owe is not satisfactory

steve jolinski: i have been told numerous times to pay this money or my credit will be destroyed..I keep getting charged services every month that I don't have

steve jolinski: I have had qualified electrician testing the line and IT guy and there is no signal but services are provided somewhere else

steve jolinski: if you are going to investigate this case then I need names of people and phone numbers..i will plan on suing as I am unable to work on my business

steve jolinski: there needs to be a major class action suit and the top people along with workers like you need to go to jail for 20 years

When you specifically take a job and willfully, knowingly defraud people on the behest of your rich masters. You are as evil as the rich people you work for.

I was reading a complaint a lady sent in about not receiving a bill.  I laughed hard !! When they have have your credit card information...Why bother sending a bill out...it will cost Cox maybe a few cents at most ...since they don't have to pay normal postage like you and I. Hey there is an idea !!! The US Post Office is having money problems...why not charge these crooked illegal corporations like Cox Cable higher postage than regular citizens. They don't pay taxes. The post office would be strong again maybe with good management. Awesome idea actually. But hey !! My ideas don't mean s**t. As a taxpayer and a veteran ..I don't mean s**t here in America when big corporations like Cox Cable can just rape the citizens. It really is becoming a corporate fascist state no doubt at all. Use several different credit cards and keep just enough to pay what your bill should be. You don't want to get your whole paycheck stolen. That would be terrible for most folks. When Cox Cable outsources their jobs to India, China and the Philipinnes and actively and very aggressively extorts and dupes unwilling customers across the nation, defrauds and spies on the American citizens then it sure isn't a good company and isn't in the country's best interest to remain in operation. People are just too quiet about things and the reason why society is progressively getting worse is that. "Evil increases when good men do nothing." If I have to get satellite or something. I will have to figure how to get the money for all that. Cox Cable is like a mafia..really is. I live in Phoenix, AZ and I am unable to get high speed internet even though I near all kinds of infrastructure. If you have bought any services from Cox Cable using a credit card/debit card..it would be good to close that account altogether. Spending hours on the telephone when they do defraud you will be a waste of your life you can't get back. You may have to sue and file charges to get your money back. So basically it will cost you money to get back what belonged to you begin with. It is better to be prudent and see the workings of the charlatans and take precautions. I say corporations like this should be disbanded immediately and assets frozen. I wonder how many billions of dollars Cox Cable has done to private and corporations with the NSA espionage being perpetrated on America and the world.

Check on Google and Cox, with many other companies included in their portfolio has a net worth of approx 152 BILLION dollars. A L-O-N-G way from a TRILLION dollars.

How many of them have you seen driving their "Lamborghinis and practicing "satanic sacrifices."   The truth seems to have little importance with you.  What a Drama Queen!!

Nope, I don't work for them or would ever do business with them.
