POSTED: Wednesday, February 10, 2010I have a same Similar Problem with Cox. They are the only carriers in Michigan and Now they are doing it in Nevada and across country. Cox did the same thing there with over charging, double billing, excessive fees.
All the reports on the ripoff report alone will Constitute a Class Action Lawsuit for Consumers. Hopefully, some LAW FIRM will take up the cause for all of us! In the Mean time, keep all pertinent documents, file complaints with Federal Trade Commission and make sure to refer them to the Ripoffreport.com. File also with GAO.gov, *The Government Accounting Office and believe it or not IRS and file a form 3949A! Also Contact your State's Attorney General and All Consumer Advocacy groups and the Better Business Bureau. Be patient they will look into it and give them what they so justly deserve!
