specifically told did NOT need to be turned in back to Cox- since I live out of
state now they somehow cannot send me a shipping box. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible service. Worst service ever- and I have lived in 4
different states in the last 6 years. I
have Never experienced something like this before, they should be ashamed.
They also will not refund my cost for shipping or send me
a shipping label. There is no excuse for
treating a customer like this. I
literally have to send it about 5 minutes from where I used to live, had I been
told, when I asked, that it did need to be returned we would have promptly done
